Version Introduction:
THIS is a 3-axis Mach3 USB interface board (NPN) worked with Mach3.

Features:
- It has a USB interface and no driver is required.
- Support 3-axis linkage, 500KHz output at the same time, connected to servo/stepping. Any one axis can be configured as a pulse spindle.
- 2 real-time electronic handwheel (MPG) input ports, which can connect 2 electronic handwheels at the same time. When the MACH3 electronic handwheel is set in Multi-Step mode, it has the same real-time performance as the CNC machining center, and runs smoothly. There is no delay in the control board, and the performance of the mechanical system is fully utilized.
- With real-time jog, there is no delay in the control panel, the motor responds quickly and quickly, and the experience is zero delay.
- 16 general digital input points, corresponding to 16 LED indicators. Customize the configuration function in MACH3. Support Mach3 spindle speed measurement function.
- 8 general-purpose digital output points, configurable as: spindle start/stop/coolant/custom M code VBasic programming control
- 1 PWM output point for analog spindle speed control: pulse width speed control / 0-10V inverter speed control.
- 2 analog inputs, used to adjust the processing speed / jog speed / spindle speed.
- 1 status indicator, which can indicate the USB connection, and the status of the motor is clear at a glance.
- Using 3 dual-channel 10Mhz high-speed optocouplers, 26 general optocouplers, a total of 29 optocouplers, isolate all input/output. The high-cost design provides complete anti-interference performance and complete safety protection.
- Without PC intervention, the signal is processed independently by the motion control board to ensure that you have real real-time and reliability.
- Support all versions of Mach3. Supports all versions (32-bit/64-bit). For Windows XP to Windows 10, and all Windows versions are plug and play.
