Description:
- LM Gateway414-IoT data acquisition gateway, provides four RS-485 serial ports and two 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports. The gateway has embedded data acquisition drivers for Modbus, BACnet, OPCUA, DLT645, Siemens PLC, etc. It provides proprietary protocol-driven integration. As a Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP server, the gateway can provide data to the outside world. The gateway and cloud platform use the instant messaging protocol MQTT to transmit data. It can be used as an MQTT client and supports for connection to Alink (for Alibaba Cloud) and Tlink, etc. The data points of the gateway are pushed to the cloud through the subscription publishing mechanism, and the cloud can read and write operations to the collected devices through the gateway.
Functions:
Data Acquisition:
- The gateway can automatically collect device data, which is divided into I/O points and internal points.
- I/O points are used as driving acquisition points to configure channels, devices, and Tag points according to acquisition requirements.
- Internal points only have engineering significance and are divided into user points, calculation points, and system points.
- Supports a maximum of 5000 data points.
Data Processing:
- The gateway filters and processes the collected data.
- Bad value retention: If data collection fails, the last collected data value will be retained.
- Data synchronization: Associate multiple IO points with a user point, and the upper computer controls the user point to link and control the associated IO points, playing a role in group control.
Data Storage:
- The gateway supports historical data storage and HTTP interface data query. Support streaming aggregation operations, aggregate queries, and reverse order queries.
Data Service: The gateway provides various data services for SCADA, power, BA and other self-control systems.

- Kafka: push data in the form of Kafka clients and customize JSON format.
Alarm and Events:
- The alarm and event page allows users to set the triggering conditions for events. When the conditions are met, the event is triggered, and when the state changes from meeting the conditions to not meeting the conditions, the event is released.
Alarm Push:
- The alarm message can be pushed to the enterprise WeChat.
- Support SMS push: the gateway only needs to be connected to the internet to achieve SMS alarm (no SIM card required), and supports multiple number push.
Task Plan:
- The user creates a task plan and sets multiple point values for the specified week and time period. Before using the task scheduling function, please calibrate the gateway's time first.
JavaScript Script Editing:
- The JavaScript script editor has built-in functional functions, allowing users to customize logic control by editing the script language.
Web Scada Configuration Function:
- Enter http://192.168.1.230/scada to access the configuration editing page of the gateway. After setting up the homepage, use http://192.168.1.230/preview to access homepage for operators to use.
