Description:

LM Gateway414-IoT data acquisition gateway, provides four RS-485 serial ports and two 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports. The gateway has embedded data acquisition drivers for Modbus, BACnet, OPCUA, DLT645, Siemens PLC, etc. It provides proprietary protocol-driven integration. As a Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP server, the gateway can provide data to the outside world. The gateway and cloud platform use the instant messaging protocol MQTT to transmit data. It can be used as an MQTT client and supports for connection to Alink (for Alibaba Cloud) and Tlink, etc. The data points of the gateway are pushed to the cloud through the subscription publishing mechanism, and the cloud can read and write operations to the collected devices through the gateway.

Gateway Functions:
1. Data Services
* As an MQTT client, the gateway supports for connection to Alink (for Alibaba Cloud), Tlink, IoT data center and other private clouds, etc. The data points of the gateway are pushed to the cloud through the subscription publishing mechanism, and the cloud can read and write operations to the front-end devices through the gateway.
* As a Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP server, the gateway provides data for the outside world. It supports 0x, 1x, 3x, 4x, these 4 functional areas. Supports int16, int32, float32 and various data types with big and small end changes.
* Gateway provides http server, supports GET and POST. Users can retrieve the real-time data and stored historical data of the gateway through the http server interface.
* Provide data to the upper computer in the form of an OPC UA server.

2. Data Operation
Data operations can be performed on collection points through expressions. For example, A represents a certain collection point, and the expression A/100 can be edited to reduce the data by 100 times; A+0.5, to offset the value by 0.5 and so on.

3. Remote Data Storage
As a database client, the gateway connects to the database server and writes data directly to the remote database. Currently supported database types are: mysql.

4. IoT
The gateway can communicate with the cloud server through the MQTT protocol. Support for Alink (for Alibaba Cloud), Tlink and other private cloud servers. We have launched an industrial IoT cloud platform, which can facilitate users to verify IoT applications such as gateways, cloud services, and WeChat public accounts.

5. Alarms and Events
The alarm and event page allows users to set the trigger conditions of the event. Trigger an event when a condition is met. When the state transitions from satisfying the condition to not satisfying the condition, the execution event is released.

6. Tasks and Plans
Users establish the task plan and specify the week and time period to set the value of multiple points. Before using the task scheduling function, please calibrate the time of the gateway.

7. Javascript Script Editing
JavaScript script editor built-in functions. Users can realize custom logic control by editing the script language, and can customize serial communication: call the built-in function to send the message to the serial port, return the received message and parse it.
