LPMS-INC1 RS232 Dual Axis Inclination Sensor Low Power Consumption and High Precision Inclinometer

Description:

- LPMS-INC1 is a high-precision and highly stable dual axis inclination sensor based on MEMS sensors. This product integrates and processes built-in accelerometer sensor data, combines filtering and calibration algorithms for correction and calculation, and ultimately provides various data outputs in digital form, including sensor raw acceleration data, calibrated acceleration data, inclination data, and temperature.

General Parameter:
- Power: 5 - 36V (Typ. 12V)
- Working current: maximum. 450mA (Typ.20mA)
- Size: 74 x 40 x 28.5mm
- Weight: about 184g
- Inclination measuring range: ±90°for X-axis; ±90°for Y-axis
- Angular resolution (Float32 output): <0.001°
- Angular precision (RMS): 0.011°
- Power consumption (RS232 communication): 0.24W
- Output frequency: 5 - 500Hz (Typ.100Hz)
- Working temperature: -20 ~ 85℃ (Typ.25℃)

Accelerometer Performance Parameter:
- Zero deviation error: -20 ~ 20mg for X/Z-axis; -25 ~ 20mg for Y-axis
- Zero deviation temperature dependence: -10 ~ 10mg for X/Y-axis; -15 ~ 15g for Z-axis
- Sensitivity: 12000LSB/g
- Linear error: -4 ~ 4mg
- Integrated noise: 0.08mgRMS for X/Z-axis; 0.06mgRMS for Y-axis
- Noise density: 20ug/Hz for X/Y-axis; 15ug/Hz for Y-axis
- Cross-axis sensitivity: -1.5 ~ 1.5% (Typ.±0.2%)

Note:
- When using a high-power regulated power supply (such as a 48V to 24V output high power regulated power supply), there may be an instantaneous large current generated at the moment of power on, which may exceed the maximum value that the sensor can withstand. Therefore, it is recommended to power on the sensor step by step when using a high-power regulated power supply, that is, the sensor should be powered on after the regulated power supply is stable.
