RF260 RF Amplifier Module RF Power Amplifier High Frequency RF Detector Measure Power 0.1~2.4GHz

Description:

RF260 is a radio frequency power module. Advantages: simple structure, convenient use, stable performance, reliability, high sensitivity and fast measurement speed.

Application:
● RF power measurement
● Meter calibration

Technical Parameters:

1. Measuring power range -65 to +0 dBm (External RF attenuator can be extended to 100dBm)
2. Measurement power resolution 0.1 dBm
3. Measuring frequency range 100~2400 MHz (0.1~2.4GHz)
4. Measuring power 1nW~100mW
5. Working voltage 7~17 VDC
6. Working current <50 mA
7. Size 52*34*10 mm (LxWxH)

Others:
- Output mode: S2 pad on the circuit board: open circuit (output 0.00V ~ 5.00V); short circuit (output 0.00V ~ 10.00V), the default is open circuit.
- Adjust potentiometer RW1 to correct the output error, the correction range is +/-5dBm.
- P1 interface: RF signal input. (RP SMA KE KHD outer screw inner needle inner hole)

P2 Wiring Definition:
1. VDD: module's power supply + (7V~17V)
2. GND: module's power supply -

P3 Wiring Definition:
1. OUT: Output dBm voltage signal (0.00V~5.00V/0.00V~10.00V).
2. GND: power supply –

Attention: When the output is 0.00V to 10.00V, the power supply voltage must be 15V.

Output (0.00V~5.00V) indicates the range (-80 to +20dBm); resolution: 0.050V/dBm
Output (0.00V~10.00V) represents the range (-80 to +20dBm); resolution: 0.100V/dBm

Calculate the measured dBm formula: (output voltage (V)/resolution) = dBm.

For example:

Output (0.00V ~ 5.00V), output is 2.5V, (2.5(V)/0.05)-80dBm = -30dBm.

Package Included:
- 1 x Power Amplifier Module
