YZXStudio Power Bank Parts DLC2-IP2366 Two-Way PD3.1 140W Retrofit Module for Terminator 13 Ultra

Description:

The two-way 140W PD3.1 add-on module allows Terminator 13 to be charged by 20v while enabling 140W output. The expansion port on the right side of Terminator 13 screen can display voltage, current, power and module temperature.

Customized IP2366 is designed with 21v 5a PPS and bidirectional power of 140W. I2C communication is stable and readings do not fluctuate.

Whet the output is 100w, its ripple is less than 20mV. The original product with LC filtering can greatly reduce the ripple, otherwise the IC boost output ripple will exceed 200mV.

The original plug-in secondary step-down DC-DC supplies power to the chip gate drive and IC low voltage, greatly improving efficiency and stability.

Static power consumption is about 200uA. At 100W output, the ripple is 15mV. Undervoltage protection is 3V. It is fully charged according to lithium version (16.8V) and LIC version (16.6V), in normal charging mode.

Set the power corresponding to the broadcast power:
0-19 30W
20-39 45W
40-59 60W
60-79 65W
80-99 100W
100 140W

Package Included:

- 1 x Mainboard
- 1 x Silicone wire for positive pole
- 1 x Silicone wire for negative pole
- 1 x Panel with holes
- 1 x Thermal conductive adhesive
- 1 x Pin header

Note:
- Assembling is needed.
- Batteries and power bank are not included in the package.
- The product cannot be used alone. Please use it with Terminator 13 Ultra power bank.
- Due to battery power limitations, it is not recommended for Terminator 13 Mini.
- The pictured used here are old DLC1, and the actual delivered one is DLC2. Both work similarly.
- One power bank can install one DLC. If DLC1 has been installed, it should be removed and then DLC2 can be installed. Light can also be installed, which will not affect its use.
- Installation DLC2 require software upgrade. Otherwise, the power bank will not work properly. Please prepare a Terminator 13 drive downloader by yourself.

Attention:
- Do not remove the batteries. Do not cut off the foam tape under the batteries. Only the foam tape on the upper cover should be cut off.
- Do not remove the motherboard (do not pick out the adhesive on both sides of the motherboard).
- Please turn your power bank on to confirm that its function is normal before disassembling.
- Products damaged by users and with welding marks are not guaranteed.
- When welding the positive electrode wire, users can move away the capacitor next to it a little and then weld it. It is recommended to use a flat-blade soldering iron or a knife head (slightly difficult). When the temperature rises to 400°C, you can solder the EXT solder joint, because the heat dissipation performance at this time is very good. Solder does not need too much as long as it can be soldered firmly to avoid solder leakage to the small component surface of the motherboard.
- There is no need to remove all the foam tape, which does not affect the performance and strength of the product.
- If you want to remove the foam tape, please use 1mm thick foam tape for the regular version; please use 0.5mm thick foam tape for LIC version.
