Package Included:

- 1 x Brushless Motor Driver

Function Settings:
Settings of Various Speed Regulation Modes:
- Built-in Potentiometer Speed Regulation: SW1: OFF. SW2: OFF.
- External Analog Voltage/External Potentiometer Speed Regulation: SW1: ON. SW2: OFF.
- PWM Speed Regulation: SW1: OFF. SW2: ON.
- Pulse Frequency Speed Regulation: SW1: ON. SW2: ON.

RS-485 Communications Settings:

- Operation command and various parameters can be set and read by your host computer.
- Set communications address by ADDR dialing.

Settings of Acceleration/Deceleration Time:

- The potentiometer sets your motor acceleration and deceleration time. Adjust the acceleration and deceleration time by rotating ACC/DEC left and right. Setting range: 0.3-15S.

Number of Pole Pairs Settings:

- With SW5 and SW6, the driver can set your motor pole-pair number to be 2, 4 or 5. The factory setting is 4 pole-pair and can be modified by RS-485.

PID Open / Closed Loop Settings:
- SW7 sets open/closed loop: OFF = closed loop control. ON = open loop control.
- SW8 sets the closed loop mode: OFF = speed closed loop. ON = speed current closed loop.

Introduction of Port Signals:

Built-in Potentiometer Speed Regulation:

- Turn the potentiometer RV clockwise and your motor's speed will increase. Turn the potentiometer counterclockwise and your motor's speed will decrease. When other speed regulation modes are used, please turn it counterclockwise to its end.

External Analog Speed Regulation:

- Connects to external analog speed regulation. Speed control modes can be switched by SW1 and SW2 dip switches. In analog voltage speed regulation mode, voltage 0.25-4.7V or 0.25-9.4V can be connected to, for control of rotation speed.

PWM Speed Regulation:
- Speed control modes can be switched by SW1 and SW2 dip switches. In PWM speed regulation mode, speed is controlled when duty cycle is in the range of 2%-90%. When the duty cycle is about 2%, your motor's speed is 5% of the maximum speed. When the duty cycle is about 90%, your motor runs at the maximum speed. The max. speed depends on motor specification and power suppl voltage (Duty cycle pulse frequency range: 1-3KHz).

Pulse Frequency Speed Regulation:

- Speed control modes can be switched by SW1 and SW2 dip switches. In pulse signal speed regulation mode, rotation speed is controlled when the pulse frequency is in the range of 200-3.3KHz. The rotation speed of your motor is 5% of the maximum speed when the pulse frequency is about 200Hz. And your motor runs at maximum speed when the pulse frequency is about 3.3KHz. The maximum speed depends on motor specification and power supply voltage.
