Multiple servos are allowed in a bus control network, so each servo is assigned a unique ID number within the network. The control instruction issued by the controller contains ID information, and only the servo that matches the ID number can fully receive this instruction and return the answer information.
- Parameter feedback and protection: With angle, temperature, voltage, current, load data feedback and protection, it enables real-time acquisition of 360 degrees of any angle position, equipped with alarm light indication. Load and current protection inside. When the detection position cannot reach the target position due to the stall or the current rises to the set value, and lasts for 2S, it will enter the protection mode. Resend the command and it can be unprotected, and the above parameters can be customized and modified.
- Four working modes: Mode 1: Location mode by default. In this mode, 360-degree absolute angle control can be achieved to support acceleration movement. Mode 2: Speed closed-loop motor mode. As the load increases, it intelligently maintains speed and does not slow down. Mode 3: Speed open-loop motor mode. As the load increases, it continues to slow down. Mode 4: Step mode.
- New step mode: After sending the position command, it will move towards the target position.
Send the command again, and based on the current target position, it will continue to step in the same direction. By analogy, positional motion based on relative position can be performed in multiple turns in one direction continuously.
- Multi-turn and large-angle precise control: Under the highest accuracy, it can control and feedback the absolute position of plus or minus 7 turns, and the expansion of the resolution value can achieve hundreds of rotations. Note: turn numbers cannot be saved after power loss. Only the absolute position feedback value of single turn can be kept.
- One key to calibrate middle position: 360 degree angle can be installed at any position. 40 address input 128 can adjust the current position to the middle position with one key. It is very convenient to install, which can improve production efficiency and reduce maintenance cost. (This function is only provided by magnetic encoder. The servo of potentiometer can only be installed after the angle is adjusted.)
- Bi-axial metal short shell metal gear structure: The shell is made of aluminum alloy with higher strength, and the center distance is optimized. The overall structure is more compact. The servo gears adopt 1:345 steel gears and duralumin, which has more torque and less sound. Suitable for quadruped robots, snake robots, tabletop robots, humanoid robots and robotic arms.
