Oeabt MC-T1 SM1-Threaded Kinematic Mount for 30mm Cage System Precision Angular Adjustment of Optics
Features:• ±5º tip/tilt and ±3 mm linear translation
• Compatible with 30mm/1.2" cage system
• Accepts Ø1" (25mm) optics
• MC-T1 supports maximum optic thickness: 0.1" (3.1mm). Thicker optics can be mounted via SM1 series lens tubes
• M4 holes for post mounting
• The MC series is ideal for mounting reflector mirrors or collimated light sources. It is capable of precise beam angle alignment along the axis of the 30mm cage system. There are three M6*0.25 precision hexagonal adjusters that provide 7 mrad adjustment per revolution. The fine adjustment of the manual three-axis adjuster enables precise angular positioning of the optics within the cage system. Each of the mount's three adjusters can be independently locked using a fixing screw
• MC-T1 has a SM1-threaded (1.035"-40) mounting hole. Using the two included SM1 retaining rings, it allows direct mounting of optics up to 3.1mm/0.1" thick. Thicker optics can be mounted via our SM1 series lens tubes and then thread the lens tube into the front plate of the mount
• Both the front and rear plate have been machined with four clearance holes designed for direct compatibility with our 30mm cage system standard. The cage rod holes in the front plate are sufficiently oversized to allow ±4° tip and tilt adjustment without cage rod interference. It can also be connected to posts via an M4 threaded hole

Why do we choose Alcoa 7075 aluminum alloy?
Lighter,
stronger, more durable, with superior thermal stability. Because 7075
has better mechanical properties, and has good ductility, high strength,
toughness and good fatigue resistance. Compared with 6061, 7075 has 64%
and 58% higher fatigue strength and cloth hardness, and 85% and 82%
higher tensile strength and strength-to-weight ratio, respectively.
