Radio Signal Generator MW SW Signal Generator Wireless Transmitter for Amateur Electronics Enthusiasts

Description:

The signal generator is a small device that can generate and emit electromagnetic waves. It is mainly used to repair and tune radios. Its main function is to emit electromagnetic waves of different frequencies for radio to receive, which is convenient for radio debugging.

The MW SW signal generator is suitable for amateur electronics enthusiasts. It is made of printed circuit board.

Medium-wave frequency is 400kHz-1650kHz, IF 450kHz & 465kHz and SW 5Mhz-18Mhz.

There is a sine wave inside the device with an audio of about 800Hz-1100Hz. External audio signal is also supported. The adjustment system can be adjusted. It can transmit signals wirelessly and wired output is supported. There is a 3.5mm socket to output high-frequency signal and low-frequency signal. It can also be used as a signal injector, which is a practical tool for repairing, assembling and debugging radios.

Package Included:
- 1 x Signal Generator

Note:
- Battery is not included in the package.

How to use the MW SW signal generator?
- Install new AA battery in the side battery compartment, and distinguish between the positive and negative terminals of the battery.
- Toggle the power switch on the amplification knob, and the power indicator light will light up, which means that it is powered on.
- Toggle the band switch to select MW and SW bands. The upper half of the frequency disk is the MW frequency, and the lower half is the SW frequency. Rotate the frequency dial to select an appropriate frequency. Let the radio also be adjusted to the corresponding band frequency position to receive it. Adjust the amplification knob to increase the modulation amplitude until the received signal size is appropriate.
- When using shortwave, the antenna on the case can be placed close to your radio.
- The LF output jack can output audio signals. The signal modulation and output signal size can be adjusted by adjusting the LF amplification knob. The audio input jack can be connected to an external audio signal, and the modulation and input signal size can be adjusted by adjusting the LF amplification knob.

465kHz IF signal output method:
Turn the band switch to the MW side, rotate the frequency dial and point the pointer to the 465kHz position, and the high-frequency end of the signal generator will output the 465kHz medium frequency signal. Bring the radio close to the signal generator to receive the modulated IF signal. Adjust the amplification knob until the size of the received signal is appropriate. When the frequency is 465kHz, at close range, the radio can receive the entire band, which is normal. This is because the 465kHz signal can pass through the IF transformer. You can also use a cable to connect high-frequency output to the IF transformer in the radio under test to adjust the radio IF frequency.
