5G 2W RF power amplifier covers the WiFi frequency band from 5 GHz to 6 GHz. It features a small-signal gain greater than 30 dB and excellent flatness across the entire band. Powered by 5V, it has a quiescent current of 0.35 mA and a saturated operating current of 1.2 A. It outputs 2W power within the 5G signal frequency band. This amplifier can be used as a 5G small-signal amplifier or WiFi signal amplifier. It can be used directly as a system module or as a verification platform.
