Description:

1. The size of this servo is exactly the same as that for Seiko servo, and the weight is slightly heavier because all gears are steel ones (while servo for Seiko uses plastic gears, so it is a little lighter). Users using servo for Seiko can directly replace and use our servo. We have improved the internal structure.
2. For the control and drive circuit hardware of servo, we use current mainstream components, with faster calculation speed and smaller size. Increased the reliability when the servo is locked.
3. The driving and control software of servo was written by our own engineers in half a year, and PID algorithm was added.
4. The mechanical part of servo is also different from servo for Japan's Seiko, the gear of servo for Seiko is a composite structure of copper and plastic. We use steel gears, so the weight is slightly heavier, 880g.
5. In response to the slow speed of servo for Seiko that users have been criticizing, we have found a professional motor factory to support the production, using high-temperature enameled wire, imported electric brushes and commutators to improve motor's anti-overload ability and after many times experiments, we have optimized the efficiency and speed of the motor to make it react faster.
6. IP67, and the low temperature resistance of lubricating oil used in the gearbox reaches -30℃.
